By creating an account or using Pumpkin Card (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our community rules. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the Platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Hit Team Limited.

Sign-in and usage permissions follow each country's government child online access policy, law, or regulation. Where a country sets a minimum age for social media or online accounts, Pumpkin Card applies that rule at registration based on your declared date of birth and, where available, your IP address. You are responsible for providing truthful information about your age and country of residence.

If the registered user is under age in their jurisdiction, it is the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian to supervise that child's online activities. Hit Team Limited does not have the obligation or ability to supervise your child's use of the Platform on your behalf.

Pumpkin Card is a friendly, safe space for discovering and sharing learning apps and games. To keep it that way, all members must respect the Platform and each other.

You may not publish, upload, or share any content that is illegal, that violates any government law or regulation, or that is otherwise prohibited. This includes, without limitation:

• Content that is anti-government, seditious, or that incites violence or unrest;
• Sexual or pornographic material, or content that sexualises minors in any way;
• Content that harasses, bullies, threatens, or discriminates against any person or group;
• Content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or personal data;
• Malware, scams, or any content designed to deceive, harm, or exploit others; and
• Any other content that would trigger a breach of the laws of your country or of Hong Kong.

You remain solely responsible for everything you publish. Publishing prohibited content is a breach of these Terms and may also be a criminal offence.

You agree to respect Pumpkin Card and your fellow members. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or another member's account, and do not misuse reporting or takedown tools. Treat other members with courtesy; disagreements are fine, harassment is not.

Hit Team Limited reserves the right — and holds the final decision — to take any membership action we consider reasonably necessary to protect the Platform and its community. This includes suspending or terminating any membership, removing any content, and banning a member from re-registering, in our sole discretion.

Where we believe a member may have broken the law, Hit Team Limited may file an incident report with the police or the relevant government authority. We will cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

We collect only the information needed to run your account and keep the Platform safe. You may request deletion of your data at any time. We do not sell your personal information. Marketing communications are sent only to members who have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hit Team Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any content you create, publish, or interact with.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
